Everything you need to know to manage your building. Step by step, nice and simple.
Set up your building in just a few minutes. Enter your building details, add all apartments with their sizes, and set the monthly service charge rate. That's it — you're ready to go.
Click "Sign up" and create your free account with your email and a password.
You'll be taken to the setup wizard. Enter your building name, address, city, and country.
Add each apartment: number, floor, area in square metres, and the owner's name. You can also add their email and phone if you have them.
Set the monthly service charge rate per square metre (e.g. €0.20/m²). The system will automatically calculate each apartment's monthly contribution based on their size.
Click "Create building" — done! You'll be taken to your dashboard where you can start managing your building.
Good to know
You can always add or change apartments later from the Apartments page.
If you manage multiple buildings, you can add more from the building switcher in the top left corner.
